- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very friendly, informative and on top of things. I look forward to using this office for our mortgage. Very family friendly also. Update. Our loan officer is amazing. Our underwriter at FGMC is not even close. Adjustments have had to be made more times than I care to remember. Should have closed more than a month ago IMO. Still waiting. We were told the review should take 48 hours. That didn't happen then had to wait all weekend hoping for good news, to hear that the UW had to adjust something again. It's been 5 days plus the weekend since we heard 48hours. Our builder has the permits ready but, if the UW keeps this up, we will miss our closing deadline with the landowner. If you can avoid FGMC, I recommend it. Guild is great, they have worked very hard for us.By Brandon Osterhout, July 05, 2017

She walked us through everything and explained the process so we understood what was happening and what was going to be required of us depending on which loan path we decided to take.
